Returning this year for the second time, the Soapbox Derby is sure to be a huge hit!
Some may remember former Supervisor Carmen Chu racing down 20th Avenue alongside many other impressive soapbox racers. The Friends of Larsen Playground are gearing up to close the funding gap by hosting another round of this fun, family friendly, and FREE event!
Build a derby car, buy some Larsen Playground swag, donate to the campaign, or simply show up to the event. We are also looking for volunteers for the day of the event, so please get involved if you are able by calling (415) 554-7460 or emailing Ashley.Summers[at]sfgov.org.
